Berenice, known for integral rebrandings such as PACMA and for her long career in the field of design and creativity, joins her talent to the photographer and creative Javier Gamonal and the rest of the team giving birth to this new company.
«Javier and I have been working together for 9 years, but we have a new approach with the brand name. We have decided to focus on what we like the most and we stand out: on the one hand to integral projects where we accompany brands throughout their visual creation process and on the other hand to impact images for already consolidated brands» explains Berenice.
Kima, a word that means sprout or twig in Basque, was the name chosen for its meaning and sonority.
Although just launched, Kima Collective’s website, designed by Berenice and developed by Javier, has already been awarded in the top 10 of elementor’s websites.
«Their one-page site is very focused and efficient, unpretentious yet demonstrates their design capabilities. Pleasant pastel colors dominate the layout, then change upon scrolling. Paired with the beautiful Playfair font, it creates an experience pleasing to the eye. The font pairing creates a clear hierarchy in the text and makes reading easy.
The otherwise mundane flat illustrations come to life here using motion effects. The Contact Page is in fact a pop-up triggered by a cool icon in the upper right corner of the site. Simple, functional and creative.»
