Adicction / Social (Me)dia

I see social networks as a reflection of humanity, with all its pros and cons, and therefore a way of understanding each other. There is a lot of criticism around social networks, but we all use them. The important thing is to understand it as a communication channel and to be aware that there is always another human being on the receiving end. From my perspective, it doesn’t make much sense to try to escape social networks: they are part of our society and a form of immediate and accessible communication. The solution lies in learning to use them in a more honest, kind and humane way.
